The Trust was formed to promote education, advancement of learning, facilitate or equip the Vidyalaya through upgrading various facilities, like classrooms, library, labs, sports, etc. Additionally, it envisages facilitating visiting faculty, professors and educationists of repute for lectures, symposia, seminars, workshops & training programs, to benefit students and the teachers at the school. These activities are handled as separate projects from time to time which are decided based on the requirements of the Vidyalaya and in consultation with the management. The Kendriya Vidyalaya Malleswaram Alumni Trust generates funds by announcing projects as and when decided by the Trustees. Donations are accepted from Alumni and other contacts such as Project fund or General fund. Once sufficient funds are available the team implements the project with best quality and at the best price to ensure long term benefit to the students of the Vidyalaya. The Trust maintains all records and accounts of the Trust at its registered office and operates in a very transparent manner under the given by- laws and adheres strictly to the laws of the land.
Members of the Trust acknowledge the services of Sri S. Venkataramani, Kendriya Vidyalaya Malleswaram alumnus, also Settlor Trustee, for his valuable contributions to the formation of the Trust.
